How is my price calculated?+
From square footage, number of bathrooms, condition and frequency — never an open-ended hourly meter. You get a written flat price before we book.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most clients give us a lockbox code or key, and our crews are keyholder-insured. You get an arrival text and a completion note with photos if you want them.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?+
Our default line is fragrance-free and EPA Safer Choice listed, and it is included in the price. If you prefer specific products, we will happily use yours.
Are you insured and bonded?+
Yes — $2M general liability, bonded against theft or damage, and every employee is background-checked and W-2 employed. OR CCB #221408. Certificates on request.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?+
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean that area free. It happens rarely; when it does, we fix it rather than argue about it.
